Bought crowns not showing up

I bought crowns a couple hours ago and they’re still not showing up. It’s already been taken out of my paypal and everything. Is anyone else having a problem ?

What platform and server are you on? If you still haven't had anything through create a support ticket either in game or via the support page and they should be able to help you out.@Turelus - EU PC Megaserver

Apparently they can take up to 24 hours0
