Is there any alcoholic beverage in ESO? I mean something to drink for motion blur effect, decrease accuracy so sometimes hit, sometimes miss, may be some dizziness and more. I remember there was a quest on EP side like that but couldn't find recipes :/

You only need three things in life: love, a cold drink, and a sense of humour. : Said the guy who owns this account (Sorry I don't have a better role model who's quote I could steal instead)

Yeah that quest is north west of the rift. There's a party and A stage etc in the village there.

I thought there was another way but I can't recall. The meat sack makes you vommit and drunk personality makes your toon look drunk to others. But no effect on you

There are no drinks that alter your combat other than a couple unique quest items that slow you down and maybe give you a visual effect. That's it. Every craftable drink is the same as food, gives you resource, recovery, and damage buffs.

If you want to drink something that's similar to Alcohol, craft a potion with negative effects.

There is this one consumable, not a foodbuff or drinkbuff, but the same as fireworks or the mud balls (not momento ones) that will make your screen rather green and a bit blurry. You can find them in guild stores or get them during the New Life festival I believe. It's called Sailor's Warning Festival Grog (HERE)

    Edit: typo

Wouldn't it be fun to patrol in cyrodiil with friends as drunk? These effects can make castle siege more enjoyable.
