Allow us to disable effects on self

I track most of my buffs/debuffs through addons and prefer not seeing the effects on my character. Please allow us to hide these effects on our screens. Teammates and enemy players should still be able to see them but allow us to hide them for ourselves.
Maybe a lot of players won't agree with me, but some of the effects really aren't appealing to look at. Given the amount of power we have to customize our looks in this game, it would be nice to be able to see it rather than being transparent 90% of the time.
