I'm having a problem with Crushing Weapon not firing every time. I've uploaded this to youtube so you can see what I'm doing. I've literally practiced this for over an hour and get this every time.
Am I doing something wrong or is this a bug?

arun_rajputb16_ESO✭✭✭✭I've also noticed, when it doesn't fire (the damage), I still glow as a result of the ability's "proc". So, I'm weaving it right, but the damage doesn't proc.0
