✭✭✭✭✭Mostly interested in the armor parts.
Unfortunately, the only part that was ever available as an actual armor piece was the chest, as a rare/unique drop from Dolmens called the "Encasement of Anguish". But it no longer drops.
And it's not available as a motif or style (yet), so we can't make outfits with it. (which is kind of a shame - I'd been looking forward to the Outfit system, so that I could finally upgrade my character who's wearing the Encasement to a more useful bit of set armor.)"Armor"
And compare it to Fang Lair or Mazzatun. (Oh, and many of the low-tier Wood Elf and Argonian armor have bare midriffs/etc, too)
Thematically/lore-wise, it's Dark Seducer armor. So it makes total sense given what normally wears it.
Meanwhile, from a pearl-clutching and/or "but realism!" standpoint, ESO's far more covered than many games out there. Which goes kind of counter to the way they're constantly selling skins & body tattoos that mostly can't be seen because of the lack of revealing armor.

Ok. Dark Seducer doesn’t look like that for me, but I haven’t had a female character in a long while.

dyed with i think the color you get from normal hof and a red (all the reds seriously look the same to me so i dont think it makes a diff which one) and i think tome stone gray,
juli white on hat

Daedric Red. I think Necromancer Blue (for the gray), but, I mean, legitimately it is hard to tell those apart. The gold could also be the Dwemer motif completion dye or the Aldmeri explorer dye. In fairness, there is, technically, a Dark Seducer motif. Also a Golden Saint motif. But, as players we don't have access to either except via their associated costumes. Both used to drop on specific gear, but it's not possible to get either one as drops.
Regardless, yes, that's the Dark Seducer costume.
