Charged Trait?!

If i wanted to exploit the hell out of the charged trait (make a build around the charged trait) on a staff...

where would this one start?

Charged ice staff on a warden is hilarious.

Weapon enchants 20% + Elemental Force 20% + Charged 44% = 84%
Standard ability 10% + Elemental Force 10% + Charged 22% = 42%
AoE abilities 5% + Elemental Force 5% + Charged 11% = 21%
DoT abilities 3% + Elemental Force 3% + Charged 6.6% = 12.6%
AoE DoT abilities 1% + Elemental Force 1% + Charged 2.2% = 4.2%

Warden's Glacial Presence gives +200% using Warden frost skills. I'm not sure which skills are considered what dmg type, but thats 200% of the base so.. With Charged staff: Sleet storm AoE DoT should be = 4.2% + 2% = 6.2%

Doesn't have to just be ice dmg, could use an infused ice staff back bar with blockade, then charged lightning/fire staff front bar.

Remember charged activates as long as you have it equipped.

Charged ice staff with Frost enchant - enemies constantly immobilized in your Wall of Elements
*Use with Warden for near 100% chance to immobilize unless enemy has immunity.

Charged lightning staff with Shock enchant - enemies constantly off-balance in your Wall of Elements (more damage + more resource return)
*Use with Ulfnors Favor and a heavy attack provides more than 50% Magicka return.

Charged bow with Poison enchant + Morag tong + sheer venom
*Use on Dragonknight for +25% damage to poison status effect.
**Currently farming for test.
