Thank Stendarr consoles do not have add-ons that snitch to everyone the prices and availability of items across all guild traders, making it easy to snatch up all the cheap furnishing mats as you allege.
As for a 'global sales house'... imagine how easy it would be to corner the market on furnishing mats if all you had to do was visit one trader NPC rather than hundreds.
Global sales house system would be a disaster.
Or, it is because demand is high and supply is low.
Or, it is because people are buying up all the cheap ones to use, and the only ones remaining were those that were priced high?
Or, you could just farm the mats yourself?

The way it is right now also s8cks, some players got more than than 100m in bank and I know some who cant make 20k/week due to not being in good spots/not having trader and they cannot rival mainstream trading guilds without having income...

Uh, you know you can have 5 guilds, right? And its not hard to find a good trading guild with low dues. I'm in a decent one in Belkarth with a 5k weekly sales requirement, no dues, and my sales are fantastic.
Really, what prevents people from making lots of money is time. I've got the time to farm for raw mats and alchemy reagents, so I can easily make 20-50k a day, 100k+ if I spend even more time or get lucky on drops. I've even got a middle of nowhere trader guild, and alchemy reagents sell fine there.
I guess my point is that if you are making 20k a week, its not the fault of your trader or the auction house system. Its that you aren't getting items that sell for more than that in the time you have to play. Now, thats fine, if thats the amount of time you can put into the game. Those of us with more time are obviously doing to have more time to gather items and play the market.
My advice for players who have limited time is to farm while you quest. Invest in the alchemy Keen Eye passive and pick up every reagent you can find. Over time, that adds up, and you can sell reagents pretty easily in bulk in zone chat even if you dont have a guild.

So it came to this like I thought it would,
All main trading guilds are buying out all furnishing mats and selling them for 10-20 times more due to Psijic Home release to all players, I call it <censored> move. GM's should do something so that certain players who have 2 much gold cannot dictate prices out of their ill will because it ruins players who do not have time or know how to earn gold, some players I know already stopped thinking about furnishing their homes when they saw prices of mats ... Regulus price before frree home 4-5 gold now 30-40 a piece heartwood 10g / piece now 200... Grats you have killed last thing I enjoyed in game... If you ask me we need new ideas for trading in this game cause 1 or 2 trading empires dictate prices for everyone and it is making game not healthy. I know I am whining and taking easy way of making gold (200k + from crafting daily writs weekly and some motif sale also around 200k weekly), but for sanity sake pls do something about this so that all players can make their own homes furnished...

Also I got no active quests, done them all after 3 years of playing , yes DLC included.

Need to pick up around 5 runestones to get one mundane rune drop. Farming gold and buying even with the increased prices is still more time efficient.
Already two weeks ago people started buying all the mats and relisting them way higher as was expected. We can only blame ZoS since the furniture mat droprate in relation to how much is needed per furniture plan is really bad. If surveys would drop these mats or if furnishing plans would have lower requirements there wouldn't be a problem.
Casual players will simply stop bothering about decorating their house as it's way too time and money intensive. Maybe some will start using crowns to furnish which was ZoS's goal anyways.

Dude, you had ample time to prepare and buy all necessary resources when they were cheap. Don't blame your slowness on others.
And yes, traders are exploting the rise in demand. Like they always do. Which you could do too, because no millions required to buy stacks of mats costing 5-15g per item (some like wax or mundane rune 40-60g) when the price wasn't manipulated.
In any case, these are all cosmetics, so you basically can wait until market calms down.
I agree with you about the fact, that there is an issue that should be adressed. And the issue is not about millions of gold and traders it is about the fact that furnishing mats are quite rare and hard to find and collect even without demand.
I don't like your post, because you don't propose solution. Instead, you go into a meaningless rant.
I will do logic for you. Here some ideas that can greatly reduce the problem:
1) improving drop rates of furnishing mats
2) letting us deconstruct furnishings to obtain mats
3) adding furnishing mats to Hollowjack mystery boxes

ZOS wants housing to be a slow process. They said so when they introduced it. Its a grind and a gold sink. Sounds to me like it's working as intended.

You're wrong. TTC exists now, and all major merchant-players use the search function. Keep telling yourself whatever you want to believe Professor.

Here you go, might be hard to read on mobile as the ideas keep on coming (as me and friends are actually housing addicts)
