Why don't I have the rewards from Summerfall?

I see others got them. I'm not just leeching off the community getting to 100% either. I personally have the achievement. What gives?

You should have them, just check your collections. We didn't get notifications for them.

Yes, go to your collections. Travel to your home that way first.

I also do not have any of the Summerfall rewards. I own Summerset logged on before Oct 7th and even did the Pathfinder achievement which is not required for the rewards.

Yes, I have tried to travel to the Psijic Villa from Collections in the Housing tab. It is not there. I went to the villa through the College on Artaeum. Nothing was triggered.

This is getting real old real fast because support had to help me with unlocking Summerset after I had pre-ordered it before release. Obviously support did not actually fix my account just applied a band aid.

Still waiting. I've gotten a few replies asking me to be patient as they investigate. That was two days ago. I was hoping to get a response today but no luck. Tomorrow will be day 6 of trying to get the rewards.

All Summerfall rewards were added to eligible players' accounts during the October 10th maintenance. As the rewards were added during a maintenance, there will be no in-game notification that the items were added, but they can be accessed from the Collections menu.

• The Psijic Mascot Pony can be set as active from the Non-Combat Pets section of the Collections menu.
• The Psijic Escort Charger mount can be set to active from the Mounts section of the Collections menu.
• To visit the Grand Psijic Villa, go to the Collections menu, and select it from the Housing section. Once you have traveled to the house, it should become unlocked on the map. It will look similar to the image below in your Collections menu.
