Did not get my 100k gold even though I logged in and claim rewards every day during September.

When I heard in September I would be getting the 100k gold, I made sure I came home every single day and logged in to claim my rewards. On the last day, I claimed the last reward and cleared out the screen but got nothing. I emailed tech support and they basically said "we don't care, go post on the bug forum", so here I am. Did anyone else have this problem?

You claimed the 100,000 gold but it didn't go onto your character? The 28th day came up, you hit the icon that had 100k written on it, it turned into the wax seal symbol signifying that you claimed it and you just got nothing? Just trying to clarify exactly what happened.

So, on day 28, (November 28th UTC), you claimed your 100k, the seal showed up but you got no gold?

Or on Sept 30th, your time zone, you tried to claim your 100k gold but the rewards switched over to the October rewards and you got nothing?

The first one is a bug.
The second one is working as intended.

Disregard what follows if its the first one. In the event that it is the second one, you made a mistake counting your days, probably because of the time zones. The rewards reset at midnight UTC.

So I'm in a NA time zone. My October rewards start Oct 1st UTC/Sept 30th my time zone. Similarly, September started Sept 1st UTC/August 32st my time. I have to remember that my 30 days in a month starts "early" compared to the actual calendar days. To avoid confusion, make sure you know your actual start date and count accordingly.

No, no scroll ever showed up. I simply logged in every day and claimed every reward. It sounds like maybe I missed it by a few hours? If so, that's a really, really *** thing to do a paying customer.

The login rewards screen shows a red seal every time you claim a reward. If there's a reward you arent going to receive before the month is up (UTC time), the lock symbol will be greyed out.

If you missed it due to the turning to October rewards, then no, you didn't actually log in and claim every day since the rewards started Sept 1st UTC.

And no, that's not a *** thing to do to a paying customer. The rewards have a clear timer that resets on the 1st of the month midnight UTC time zone. Its been that way since July, the first full month of rewards. ZOS didn't trick you. They can't help it if you were confused, missed a day or two, and thought you were getting a reward you didnt have time remaining to claim. The timer doesnt GAF if you are a subscriber or not.

You missed it. So this month, please, pay better attention to the starting time, so you dont get confused in November, where the Murkmire DLC is a reward for Day 24.

There's no way for me to go back and see if it was a bug or not, all I remember is I claimed everything on the rewards calendar and nothing was greyed out. I made it my duty to start claiming them right when they popped up and did it every day.

I don't care if you think they are clear instructions or not. If it's true I only missed it by a few hours, then screw Zenimax for being greedy over fake ass gold that cost them nothing to give out. Customer Support didn't even look into my problem, they didn't even bother.

After this month, I'm bouncing off ESO and will never recommend the game to anyone I know.

You didn't miss it by a few hours. If you didnt claim your final reward sometime on Sept 30th UTC before midnight UTC when the rewards swapped to October, you missed it by at least a full day.

Now, I find that if Customer Support didnt bother, replying with something like "Thank you, but that didn't solve my problem. This is my problem. Please solve it." works pretty well.

If it really is a bug, they should be able to help. If it wasnt and you missed the reward, they won't.
