One of the Argonians you need to talk to explicitly states they're pronouncing it that way intentionally. Do people just breeze through dialogue, because that's how you miss important stuff.

Still doing the quest, but so far I ran into this one:
Honestly, I'd be fine with them just re-writing the text from blackguard to blaggard. The pronunciation isn't matching what I'm reading and that's throwing me off.
Totally cool with them being the blaggards. For the love of all that is good and decent, please just make the written text match the verbal pronunciation!
I actually just heard this on a podcast recently discussing correct pronunciations for D&D games.
It is apparently pronounced Blaggerd though.
Another interesting one was that "Ye" in "Ye Old Tavern" etc. isn't actually pronounced "Ye" but "The" and the Y is just how TH was written.

I erect the spine of pedantry. "Brethren" is plural--you'd want to go with either "An egg brother of mine" or "One of my egg brethren".HappyLittleTree wrote: »An egg breathren of mine
Proto-Germanic *ganog, roughly meaning "sufficient".I'm not sure of the etymology of the word "enough"
