Mages' Wrath not adding to expert mage passive

Hello,
I have noticed that the mages Wrath Ability doesn't seem to be adding to the expert mage passive, (adding the 2% damage) please see screenshots.
On the front bar i have mages wrath on it's own and you can see it displays as 0%, however adding power surge puts it up to 2%.
Then on the back bar you can see with power surge it is at 8%, however replacing with mages wrath brings it down to 6%.
The final screenshots show the back bar, and spell damage is 2492 with power surge, however replacing with mages wrath brings it down to 2446, showing it isn't just a UI error, is anyone else finding this?

I just found the same thing.

This was reported at wolfhunter along with auto dodge, targeting dead corpses, a second application removing the execute and general delay.

In short making it dodgable they broke it

This along with the current hardened ward providing 0 shield when above a certain magicka threshold really makes me wonder what kind of horrible mess the game source code is in these days. How on earth does making something dodgeable have such terrible side effects.

It works for me (Endless Fury morph).

Yep, it was reported long ago. So many broken Abilities with this DLC. Ugh.

It was in the patch notes they fixed.

It's cool, in which case we get the fix on the 6th. I worries if you were PC it wasn't foxed after all
