Truly Lost in Caldwell's Gold

I am running my 3rd character of 3 through Caldwells Gold, and I've lost my quests. Probably something that I've done, by accidentally deleting them, rather than the Optional dungeon quests. I know the area that I need to finish, but there are no quests that I have uncompleted in the specific lands. Is there anywhere that I can get an overview that can tell me which quests need to be completed? I've glanced through some of the discussions, the 78 pages don't seem to have a timeline capability, so I am seeing posts from 2014 mixed in with 2016 posts.

Also, you can check your achievements for the completed faction quests in those zones.
