With all the buffs warden got the extra 10% damage you can have with just 1 passive is really strong and if bear damage wasnt nerfed bears would crit for 120k every ultimate lol.
My bear used to get 90k-almost 100k ticks in trials. The bear is still very strong but it NEEDED a nerf.

✭✭✭✭✭No, honestly while I do understand their intentions...these types of decisions cause more harm than good.
Simply put, the bear, the spells and skills aren't the issues with balance.
The actual issues are:
-PvE and PvP cannot coexist with the same gear and spells, etc.
-Champion Points/old VR still has to be removed entirely with all its attachments-PC (PTS)/Xbox One: NewBlacksmurf

✭A 10% damage passive was enough to warrant a nerf to the bear. Raising the cost of 1 skill and reducing the cost of another made no sense what so ever.1 -
