When a char hit level 7, and I hit f, it said press button to claim reward including 10 inventory slots.
Since they get more expensive each time, I decided to go buy 10, and then get the free 10.
I went and bought 10, and then hit f, and the 10 slots had disappeared as a reward.
What happened? Apparently I just lost the reward? Why?

✭✭It's not hard if you're rich, bank space could do with an upgrade though. It's too low at the moment considering all the new sets they're throwing at us & how different sets are needed in different dungeons/trials etc1 -

Not to mention the folks who don't have ESO+ for whatever reason have lately had to put up with a crapload more of the "collect ten of this mat to make one of the usable mat" BS.
