I've played for a little while, definitely like the game. Below are just a few tweaks that I think most players would enjoy (some of course more than others) but I've ranked them in order of importance to me. None of the changes are related to Character/Class Balance as that would not fall under QOL. I've focused the changes on the list with what I believe is also easiest to hardest in reference to importance to me. (I travel to my Guildies far more often than I deal with Twin Arches for example, but without more knowledge on how the Teleport and Instance/Server system works it's hard to reference how difficult that change might be.)
1. Please make horse upgrades account wide. Much in the same way that houses and bank is shared, I believe the horse upgrades should be as well with a single upgrade a day on any characters. The current system already forces first time players into logging on at least 180 different days to upgrade the horse to full. By the time they do that they will likely be level 50 and 160 CP giving them other things to do. But its extremely deterring on new characters that we have to do that all over again. Its half a year each character, assuming I don't make all the characters of all the race/classes I would like to play at the same time. I also believe this is really good incentive for keeping newer players, because it is rather annoying to start a character, realize at level 25 you really don't like the class, then start a new character and not have the riding skill you've worked on daily anymore.
I am not counting Crown Store incentives in this, because I believe that the Riding Lessons in combination with a few other things really don't get purchased as often as some might want to believe but that belongs on another forum category.(I for one would rather just spend the days logging in and upgrading over the 6,000 Crown Cost of fully upgrading a single category of riding skill on a new character. 18,000 Crowns to upgrade all three categories.)
4. Invisible Walls in Houses. There are select houses where the roof is a usable surface (Hundings Palatial Hall) and houses where they are blocked (Twin Arches). Can this please be decided one way or another and altered? I believe the player base is wholly in favor of accessible flat rooftops and that these changes wouldn't take much time on the one house I know of that has an inaccessible flat rooftop.
3. Guild Vendors Addition. I'd really like to see additional furnishing search options based on style. This may or may not already be possible by the current ID's used in the game (for example if a Conservatory item is given a sub ID of 8, and the entire Ayleid style has another sub ID of 5, then this option is a pretty quick thing). I'd understand if the items were given an ID in the order of their creation that this wouldn't be likely as it'd be far too time consuming. But searching by style (Redguard, Khajiit, etc) would help a few people purchase furniture quite a bit faster.
4. This might be basic and it might not as well. When traveling to another player, regardless of whether that player is in your party, it'd be very nice to phase into the same instance of them. Numerous times I've traveled to a guildie without being in their group only to find myself and them invisible to eachother and then having to group up and travel away and then back to them to actually meet them.
