Calculation request: Flame Resist Enchant

Anyone recently do a calculation in percentage of how much fire damage a Truly Superb Glyph removes? Going to Stage 4 Vamp at 500cp so I can get the sneak speed buff, however I queue up for Random Delves and BGs a lot and really dont want to get unreasonably one-shotted from fire on my Bosmer Stamsorc whilst annoying my teammates.
