should end of campaign rewards be increased?

Rewards are pretty poor especially for the factions that come second and third (10625 & 6250 gold respectively).

The reward amounts are a joke compared to the amount of time and effort some players put into the campaign. They also do do nothing to encourage players to try PVP or for regulars to stay in Cyrodiil longer. IMHO they need a complete rework.

Certain aspects of the reward could be increased I suppose. I'm mainly concerned about the transmute reward and end of campaign rewards are currently the best way to get the largest geodes which are fantastic for storage in my inventory. From that point of view, the rewards are amazing and unique.

If they choose to raise the gold reward, I'd be fine with that. The items received aren't necessarily bad, but due to over saturation, they aren't terribly valuable. Even the gold jewelry rewards suffer from this, at least the below average sets.

I want a higher drop rate for the impossible-to-get Soul-Shriven skin. Went to Cyrodiil once, fought molag 10+ times with a group of about 20ish people were there and I got nothing every time. I would’ve liked to get something other than an achievement if I’m going to gankville.

That is related to PvE content in Imperial City Sewers and not the campaign taking place in Cyrodiil. I see the gold at the end of a campaign as a happy little bonus. The rewards for the worthy loot is enough as far as far as I am concerned. That at the AP I get to spend whenever a ring or necklace I want comes around.

It seems to be enough for people to keep fighting to win, from what I've seen. Maybe more keep repair kits or a unique cyrodiil-themed furniture plan might not hurt.

I feel bad for the people who have been farming him for over two years and still hadn’t gotten the skin. I got the scamp when it was cheap, now to save up for the skin.

Perhaps adding some of the siege packs rewards similar to the ones you obtain as level up bonuses could be added. 1 pack for Tier 1, 2 for Tier 2 etc. Small packs for 7 day, and a big pack for 30 days.

I only play pvp and spend 30 days in pvp popping around 200-400 pots a day and using gold food. It get's very expensive. I would like bigger rewards for my time so I can keep up with the potion/food cost and carry on enjoying pvp instead of having to go and grind gold.

The 'rewards' are fine the way they are, but they could add something helpful to pvp like a stack of 100 wall / door repair kits, or a couple of FW camps, or a few sieges ... you know, something related to and useful in open world PVP. I don't know if these would be considered a 'reward' in the traditional sense (since these things are only useful in pvp), but these things would make a nice addition to what we get now. Maybe the faction that comes in last place would get more of these things and the team in first place would get less.

Maybe not increased, but changed. The same people earn the top % rewards every month, mostly by having the most time to play. Perhaps, a 'key' system could be made. You earn X amount of keys depending on how your alliance did and how you scored personally. These 'keys' could then be used to open a reward chest similar to the undaunted chests. The better chests requiring more 'keys' to open. The top performers will still earn more keys yet others could save up their keys to eventually open up the better chests.

    For example:

On a 30 day campaign, the winning alliance earns 6 keys, 2nd place earns 4 with third earning 2 keys. Being top 3% AP earns 75 keys while top 50% earns 10 keys, and those under 50% earn 1 key. These keys would be character bound, so people could not just run 15 characters to the 50% mark and pool the keys together.

A tier 1 chest requires 3 keys and rewards some repair mats and 200 gold. A tier 2 chest requires 6 keys and rewards siege equipment and 500 gold. A tier 3 chest requires 9 keys and rewards purple jewelry and rewards 1,000 gold. And finally a tier 4 chest requires 100 keys and rewards gold jewelry/weapon and 10,000 gold.

(All numbers were pulled from my butt, just to give a starting point to talk about.)

@ZOS_BrianWheeler At least triple the current end of campaign rewards, but also implement a campaign alliance lock(account based per campaign).
The rewards should be greater but the alliance swapping needs to stop.

Yes but in the following way:

    1. Token based system so people can save towards bigger rewards over a period of many campaigns.
    2. Daily faction based rewards (less emphasis on ending score and more on daily performance - allows guilds to make a difference)
    3. Account - wide scoring system with factional soft lock(you choose a faction to represent but are still able to play on others (only earning AP not reward points)
    4. Population adjusted scoring timer

No offence, but when People use more than that per day in a 30 day campaign, that hardly feels like a reward for what can amount to 120+ hours effort.

I do like the token ideas being put forward. That would certainly reward everyone based on how much time/effort they put into the campaign. :)

Even the gold cost of wall and door repair is too high (I save my AP for the golden vendor). A stack of 100 costs 9000 gold. Seige engines also too expensive.

Then when you take into account the cost of pots and food the end of campaign rewards still see you sitting on a big financial loss for what is supposed to be a fun part of the game @ZOS_BrianWheeler

remove the rewards totally, increase the value of the worthy rewards and make them pop ONLY FOR PVP objectives (no reward for fighting NPC's, taking keeps etc. Only pvp rewards you, kill x players quests). As it is, the rewards encourages the terrible onesided campaigns we have. People check which faction is winning, then joining that faction to get their rewards. No thank you.
