Where can I find some nice builds for PvP?

Total PvP noob here. I know guys like Alcast have good builds but I feel like he's more PvE oriented. I want to build a PvP character as I have quite enjoyed Cyrodill even with my PvE characters. I don't know much about PvP, but I have most of the Magicka PvE sets and have 4 Magicka based PvE damage dealers and 1 tank (CP 480). I have an Argonian Warden that I've considered making my PvP character. Maybe an ice mage? Not sure how viable that would be. I'd prefer to be more offensive versus defensive, but a combination of the two would be awesome too.
If you can, please refrain from the negative things going on in PvP unless it directly relates to build strategies. I'd like to formulate those other opinions on my own.

mursie✭✭✭✭✭builds depend on cp vs. no-cp pvp. No-CP is for BG's and Sotha Sil.
in no-cp, stam toons generally fair better due to the low stat pools you'll have for stamina on your mag toons and the prevalence of CC.
For Frost Warden here is a build you could try:
2pc Blood Spawn (heavy)
3pc Pariah (heavy - chest/legs/boots)
5pc Winterborn (light - belt/gloves/jewels) impen trait on all armor
Front bar frost staff Pariah - infused with frost damage enchant
Back bar frost staff from vMA - infused with weapon damage enchant
on your front bar: force pulse / shimmering shield / blue betty / mist form / trellis / permafrost ult
on your back bar: winters revenge / blockade of frost / ele drain / icy fortress / lotus / thicket ult
Your goal is to be decently tanky on your front bar as you sit in your own frost aoe's proccing winterborn and firing force pulse attacks weaved with light attacks buffed from the vMA frost staff. BloodSpawn will help you get good uptimes on your permafrost ult which is extremely strong.
This is not a gank build or super burst damage build. But with a good group, it's very strong at control/snare and pressure.
