Can we get a closer zoom when changing facial appearance?

Whenever I want to see how well some eyelashes/eyeshadow look on a character, I have to go to a blacksmithing station to get a closeup. Can we get a close zoom when switching facial options? I'm on Xbox so I don't know if PC has this problem.

Also... why do characters tend to look different during creation and on the character selection screen than they do in-game??? It's really aggravating.(PC-NA) @LoneStar29115 -

✭It goes pretty far I think, unless you want to go full on just viewing a certain part.
For gameplay there's an addon called unlimited camera zoom.Difficulty scaling is desperately needed. 9 years. 6 paid expansions. 25 DLCs. 41 game changing updates including A Realm Reborn-tier overhaul of the game including a permanent CP160 gear cap and ridiculous power creep thereafter. I'm sick and tired of hearing about Cadwell Silver&Gold as a "you think you do but you don't"-tier deflection to any criticism regarding the lack of overland difficulty in the game.0 -

Because they did not take enough care with the lighting in the place(s) where you create your character. It's not a well lit area, and the lighting doesn't match what you typically have in the rest of the game. In these situations, I really don't care about immersion, so I think they should just turn on some lights when you go into the character creation UI.4 -

1. Starting with the same focal length view and lighting as the game
2. More time
3. Closer zoom
