Shield comparison for upcoming changes. Whats the problem?

    What is this 2014 ? "magsorc have streak and mines to use in order to LoS" yeah right. During all previous years up to this point game was constantly evolving to make magsorc LoS optioon weaker and weaker. Increased amount of easy to apply snares which sorc is very vulnerable on , increased streak cost on each recast , increased speed of average players heavily reduced sorc LoS option to the point properly builded character have no issues with sitting on sorc constantly. Stamsorc that can use 1-2 streaks occasionaly can make better use out of it then magsorc because of snares immunity and speed buffs stamsorc can add on top of just teleporting. Blink was also always situational ability that works horible in other then perfectly flat terrain. Also not many people realizes that mines scale heavily out of spell dmg so when sorc is going for high shields which means investing offensive stats into magicka he lowers his mines dmg to the point we can see where sorcs with 50k magicka have so weak mines other player can just use Forward Momentum or roll dodge and eat all mines like it's nothing and with changes to Major Evasion mines basicly will be very uneffective skill because with very high cost most of the time this ability will fail to do what it was designed to.

    Also I like how You simplify what defenses other classes have. Dk, templar , nightblade and warden all have lot of passive defense like increasing healing done and taken , resistance passives , dmg reduction passives also they have strong defensive and healing abilities where magsorc have basicly zero usefull defensive passives and other then shield very little amount of decent defensive abilities.

    Even if sorc will be able to have 8k hardened ward in pvp it's still less then it's currently and that with a fact now this lower hardened ward will take more dmg because crit dmg , poisons dmg , enchantments dmg and status effects will apply to shields makes it possibly the worst class defense in the game especially in non CP campaign. This change just nulify every magsorc that was not shieldstacking and forcing him to shieldstack and even then to have weaker defense with 2 shields then previously with 1. Very smart way to get rid of shieldstacking by forcing magorcs to do it more...

    Shields recived hard hit and the class that hurts the most because its core defense is shield get not only zero compensation for that but also further nerfs to other abilities. When it comes to PvE again nerfing the only 1 class core defense ability sorc had and giving nothing in return where other classes already have other then just shields defensive capabilities is very unwise.

    Battle Spirit seems to push many reasonable or not-that-bad changes into the this-is-terrible-I-quit realm. One has to wonder if Battle Spirit needs a rework. Hmm....
