Overload will be useless

I almost got a heart attack while i was reading the patch note. Well, probably the "shield cast time" nerf will be accepted and people may get use to it. But... why ZOS complitely killed Overload? Why did they just remove the exclusive ability of sorcs "third bar" that sorcerers were using for generations? It was really useful for pet sorcs because pets require to be slotted in both bars so sorcerers needed an additional bar for abilities. Also i was using it on my sorcerer healer for some additional abilities: surge, boundless storm, dark exchange, matriarch of course and mend wounds (yeah i never turn it off). But now i have to refuse from some abilities (Including matriarch) because of this change... Sorcs dont even have their own ground healing ability! (Absorption Field is Ultimate ability so its not counted)

Dear ZOS,
If you want to keep these changes can you at least make one of Overload's morphs to give a third ability bar please?
