Why doesn't customer support answer questions?
I have been trying to get help with an issue, but customer support seems to refuse to actually read the ticket I submit. I keep getting a canned answer, but I'm pretty sure it's not a bot answering. One of my problems is that I can't actually access a normal ticket, because I can't log into the customer support ticketing system. Is there another way to actually get an answer to my issue?
