Bounty Hunters Guild

I find this is missing in this game world.
It would add lots of fun and easy fun quest ideas for zos to add a bounty hunters guild, make a new way of capturing npcs with a special pair of cuffs or something and
bring them back for payment. They did the new idea with the blade of woe in the dark brotherhood. They could do the same thing and implement a capturing system for your target.

The fighter's guild are generally who you would hire as bounty hunters, except that in ESO they are preoccupied with fighting Daedra. If all fails, you hire the dark brotherhood.

But since this is probably the only time I can bring this up, in medival times there was a very interesting weapon that fantasy has rarely ever really utilized despite how common it was among town guards and even how they were used during a siege.
    The man-catcher!

A man-catcher is basically a fork that snaps shut around your target's neck or legs through various means, like springs for example. In a way it is comparable to a lasso on a stick, except that the "rope" is also metal. During castle sieges, the defendants would also often use man-catchers to prevent people from climbing over the wall via ladder as there is little the person on the ladder can do to protect themselves against such a weapon.

It's pretty clear why this weapon hasn't been used in fantasy games a lot, as they revolve around killing most of the time and most man-catchers were used to keep people alive except during sieges. The closest we have to a man-catcher in ESO are the Tsaesci Akaviri staves as east asian man-catchers looked very similar to them, unlike european ones.

This Bosmer was tortured to death. There is nothing left to be done.
