Unable to change install drive

Since the update was hanging for a two days straight, I thought I'd reinstall the game today. I uninstalled, restarted, got the downloader, started it and I'm facing this issue:
On my system drive, there's not enough space, but I've plenty of space on another drive. The only problem is that the only options I see in the installer are the ones in the screenshot I'm attaching, namely my home windows dir.

So far I tried running the installer normally, running the installer as administrator, nothing will change a thing.
Any idea why that might be? Also, help?

Try downloading or moving the ESO launcher to the drive you want to install ESO on. Run the launcher from that drive and see if you now have the option when installing to change the install directory.
