My launcher doesn't give me the choice to log into the EU server. How can I fix that?

I'm on PC and tried starting the launcher in Administrator mode and looked under the cog wheel in the upper right-hand corner, but all it asks is what language do I want. I tried repairing the launcher with no success. I even tried making my own EU launcher folder but it wouldn't work. Any suggestions?
