An issue with shields that I feel should be addressed (pve/pvp) (Not a shield nerf discussion)
Now here is something that is common knowledge if you apply a heal over time like a certain resto ability a lot of people are aware of that stays around... the person that casted it on the person that is attacking... they get exp/ap if they make a kill and you contributed to them surviving. But here is a dilemma... shields award nothing if they don't provide healing or healing over time if the person you cast them on kills something/one. You get nothing more than a pat on the back. I suggest that shields should offer something to those casting them... same as what healing does as well.
