Summerset rewards

So if we reach the 100% for the pony, mount, and house. Who all gets it? Is there like a certain amount of people that will get it or does everyone get it. Im confused.

Everyone who owns Summerset and logs in by the 7th of October, as I understand it, will get it, even if they didn't not participate by doing the achievement.

The event is at only 42% completion. I did my part, but we need a LOT more players accomplishing the Summerset Pathfinder Achievement. This very large house would make the perfect Guild Hall. If we get it.

Same I did it on 4 accounts and on all accounts i did it for NA and EU as well

This event is a collective effort to get that measurement bar up to reach the level measured in percent for that particular reward (up to 100 % for house).

It is not enough to just own Summerset, you will need to full fill Summerset Pathfinder achievement and on PC you have access to both NA and EU account (from log in screen) which means two Pathfinder for each userID is how you can increase that bar. Just be aware that when you go to the other account (NA>EU or EU>NA) for the first time, you will be starting from scratch and have no access to speed buff from CP and no bank where you can transfer things from other toons. Your ESO+ sub will still be active, so have access to double bank space and all other benefits like access to DLC zones etc.

If you build a toon for only doing this event, make it a stamina build (max out attribute points in stamina and collect stamina gear - you get more stamina and stamina regen which make it easier to keep running) and use run/sprint instead. It is faster to run/sprint then to use a mount (which have no speed or stamina).

You will probably have in game mail with the same kind of content/reward for purchasing ESO and Chapters etc as you had on the other account that you can now use. Maybe even Crown Crates where you can transform items into Gems and buy upgrades for mount speed (and some stamina as otherwise you will be very fast kicked from mount and stunned, if you aggro any group of ranged NPCs). Look for groups in zone chat that offer invites or use friends, guild(s) and group up to get access to teleport around to nearest wayshrine from rooster or through add ons that make it easier to do this from map view. Don't forget that you get free house in Alinor, if you do that house quest a new toon. It is a really short quest and give you a free teleport independent from where you are on map (and you can then go to WS ain Alinor and use it to get to other WS for free).

I wouldn’t trust the percentage that the site shows. It could already be 100% or close to it, who knows? All I know is ZOS is trying to sell Summerset and even if the imaginary number needed to get 100% is reached they won’t show that 100% until last minute.

There are people that STILL think they only need to do it one time per account, NOT per server.

Please try to educate people what the deal is. Im telling as many as I can.

It does not seem fishy since this is a promotion of the chapter. The news page on this clearly states that as long as one owns Summerset by Oct 7 and has logged in by then they will get whatever rewards the servers have earned.

Basically, it is a promotion to sell Summerset that every one gets to benefit at the same time.

That doesnt seem very fair in my opinion considering everyone is putting in work to get to 100% and the people that didnt do it still get the rewards. Maybe it should be they get the pet and mount but no house for those that didnt participate.

I think this line of thinking:" They didn't contribute (as much as I did) - they don't deserve ..." is very limited: Its a community-event after all. There are reasons ppl simply can't participate or miss the event (you know RL can be a ***, sometimes). That line of thinking would classify these members of the community 2nd best only.

I find it hard to follow that line of thinking... after all: You loose nothing, is really so hard to just be happy for someone else?

I understand rl sucks and maybe your away during the time but at the same time there are people who wont bother contributing and still get it. I dont lose nothing yea but whats the point of trying then if i still get it. Its kinda like if your in a group that has to build a house or something. Everyone is working their butt of and one guy doesnt, yet everyone gets paid the same you think thats fair? Well maybe in RL hed be tild to work or gtfo but still. Im just trying to see it as effort=rewards. I didnt say dont give them something, like i said earlier stuff happens and you cant do it thats ok but still dont think they should get the house.

I'm glad that they are giving rewards to everyone who has summerset. I'd rather they do that, than the flaming wolf mount deal where you MUST do this one thing in a 1 hour window, and if god forbid real life gets in a way - no wolf for you >_>

(and for the record - I did get the wolf myself, I just feel bad for people who didn't becasue their real life schedules didn't mesh with ZoS streaming schedules)

I'd rather more people get rewards in a VIDEO GAME. then fewer. personaly.

I think getting 100% will not happen, even though we've been told it is not 100% of Summerset owners.

To worry about people getting it who might not deserve it is also a little petty. With the advent of the crown store, research scrolls, XP scrolls, horse training scrolls and other 'time savers', plenty of people are getting progress help that some of us could only dream of in the pre One Tamriel days of VR levels.

Building a character for the event is a waste of time. It takes about 30 minutes to do it on a character straight out the tutorial - either on foot or with a mount from buying a collectors edition or whatever. There's very little combat (none at all if you're lucky) and the level scaling means even a level 1 character could manage it. No need to spend time levelling up a character or getting equipment unless you're planning to keep playing them afterwards.

That's a self-defeating attitude. If a lot of folks think that way, then we definitely won't achieve it (the 100% mark).
Someone (and the more the better) has to do the achievement in order for anybody to reap the awards, or else nothing happens.

Still haven't been able to get logged in on the EU PC server. Satband sucks.

I don't quite understand people who don't want to do the achievement because they aren't interested in housing.

Getting the free house would have many perks even if one doesn't want to decorate :

• Storage chests for your extra loot.
• You can stockpile luxury furniture in order to sell it later at higher prices.
• Safe and fast access to PvP-zones crafting stations, if you wish to invest a bit of time.
• Any functionality ZOS would wish to add to houses in the future. (Gardening for extra daily ressources? Let's hope!)
• You'd get a free immediate port to Artaeum for any character you'd create afterwards, meaning quicker access to the Psijic Order skill line for your future characters. Moreover, if ZOS decides that a future event would take us to Artaeum, you can spare precious time with your chars who don't yet have access to the elusive island.

Plus, if you aren't personnally interested, I am sure some of your Guildies, people with whom you play and have fun, will be. Helping each other generally cements communities and make us feel good.

The condition of owning SI makes sense, in my opinion, as players need to own Sumerset to set foot on Artaeum, thus they need it to get out of their house, if we win it.
