5 Shacklebreaker
Gives us all the magika sustain we could possibly need while also increasing our Stam sustain and adding some damage. This set can be replaced with a second high damage proc, but I prefer the balance that Shackle gives, we can always use cloak and the extra line of stam recovery prevents us needing another jewelry glyph
5 Ravager
We're only running this front bar on the 2h+3 Jewels. Its the highest damage proc in the game without along cooldown or build up time. It can proc off of Blood Craze, Deadly Cloak, Light attacks, Heavy attacks, and Surprise attack
2 Balorgh
This set is a god send for solo/small scale, with 500 ult and Ravager proc you're sitting at 6k weapon damage which will allow 10-15k+ crits on incap and 20k crits on Assassin's Scourge
Master's Duel Wield
Tons of extra pressure, we're using this back bar so that we can get those juicy 2h passives on our offense bar, since we have a class spammable.
Skills are pretty much bread and butter. We're running Incap over Dawnbreaker because this build is all about intelligently working between brawling and kiting, since we're using Balorgh we'll always get the CC on Incap. You can sub Evil Hunter for either morph of Fear but with 1.85 CHD I prefer to have the Major Savagery buff.

I have almost the same, just using truth over shakle and I regen with meditate instaad of rat.
Just thinking of making a new NB with this build but selecting a Bosmer or Redgar instead of my kajit that always lacking stam

I run shackle axiom and troll king. Id rather have the constant 400 damage from axiom then wait for a chance ravager proc. Ive tried ravager and I dont like having my damage fluctuate by 600 plus weapon damage.Psn l---Salty---l

That's true but in stam several skills are not class but weapon so not buffed by axiom.
But I agree, and i.e on my stamplar Ravager proc way more often that with my stamblade.0
