Can we get Magic Vicious Ophidian PLEASE

With a Magicka version of Bone Pirate coming out...can we finally get a Magicka Vicious Ophidian? Here I’ll help!

Armor of the Eternal Wizard
(2 Piece) Add 129 Magicka Recovery
(3 Piece) Gain Minor Slayer at all times increasing your damage done to Trial and dungeon monsters by 5%
(4 Piece) Add 129 Spell Damage
(5 Piece) When you kill an enemy with Magic or Elemental Damage, restore 2500 magicka and gain Minor Intellect, increasing Magicka Recovery by 10%.

I would love a Magicka version of VO. However the set you posted is inferior to VO. It needs 8% Magicka cost reduction, Major Expedition, and 129 Spell damage on the 5-piece, along with the Magicka Restore on kills. No need for Minor Intellect.

I left out the cost reduction for a reason actually!
The destruction staff passive grants another 3500 magicka back on kills with a destruction staff ability. So having the cost reduction would be moot.
Although...remove minor intellect and add the cost reduction to a PERFECT version?

The destruction staff passive grants another 3500 magicka back on kills with a destruction staff ability. So having the cost reduction would be moot.
Although...remove minor intellect and add the cost reduction to a PERFECT version?

The cost reduction is the biggest reason to use VO, if anything, drop the magic back on your hypothetical set and put the cost reduction there. Minor intellect is an easy buff to get. 3/5 of the classes have it already and the other 2 can get it from 2/5 classes.

You have this set.
Robes of the Withered Hand Set
(2 items) Adds 129 Magicka Recovery
(3 items) Adds 1096 Max Magicka
(4 items) Adds 1206 Max Health
(5 items) When an enemy within 28 meters dies, heal for 1290 Health and gain 1290 Magicka. This effect can occur once every 3 seconds.

No its far weaker than VO but its a pretty similar and is shares the VO problem in that you need trash to feed it, not good on long parses on an boss with no adds, used it on my healer once.

Also, a stamina vicious death would be nice too.

It's not much useful in longer fights but VO 8% reduction for sure is.
