Crown Store "discount" suggestion: 3000 crown for one outfit slot for all characters

I don't know what ZOS was thinking, but 1500 crown for 1 character outfit slot is just unacceptable for players with multiple characters, and for those with only 1 character is still kinda high
For ppl to get more outfit slots, ZOS should either:
1.ESO+ plus member get one more outfit slot for all characters
2.Limited time for players to unlock one more slot outfit for all characters with cheaper price
3.Lower the price for outfit slot (which is most unlikely for ZOS)
Option 1 is plausible, but then ppl would really not bother to buy outfit slots anymore;
Option 2 I believe is the most optimal for both ZOS and players. Also, if OCD players (like me) created a new character after the discount, I wouldn't want my new character get treated unfairly, so I would most likely buy another character slot just for him/her. It makes players happy (1 casual outfit and 1 event outfit should satisfy most players), and also pump up possible future buys
This can also be implemented as one of the "ESO+ crown store" coming November
