5th Mage Guild & 5th Fighters Guild Skill... Pipe dream?

I keep on hoping that eventually an overhaul balancing of the Fighters Guild and Mages Guild skill lines will happen. It would be so awesome to have a complete bar of 5 skills plus Ultimate from either Guild and for lesser used (useless) skills to finally get re balanced properly?
With the recent overhaul of Werewolf skills this would be a great start and then eventually a full Vampire Skills bar would also be amazing. Who's also hoping for this?
What skill would you design/suggest to compliment and complete the existing Skillset? Mages Guild skill is sorely missing a spammable and Fighters Guild is missing a good aoe.
