How long do you have to have a Twitch stream up in order to get a drop?

There's about thirty twitch streams up right now and a bunch of them have drops enabled. I can't have 30 streams in the background- but I believe I heard that you only need to watch for 10minutes in order to be eligible for the twitch drop. Is this true?
Want to enjoy the game more? Try both PvP (crybabies) and PvE (carebears). You'll get a better perspective on everyone's opinion.

    If you were trying to get drops for console you would have to be on a twitch stream forever, and you still wouldn't get anything...

    @NetViperX

    Twitch streams are basically like watching football games... except for video game players. You watch other people actually play the game (PVP or PVE). Sometimes they offer good insight to skills, dungeons, or strategies. Sometimes they're just funny people.

    It's interactive, though. You can actually chat with them while they play (It's like hollering at a football player while they're playing... except the football player can hear you!)

    I watched two streams yesterday and didn't get anything.

    Is it RNG based? Because if so I'll probably not bother; RNG hates me.

    As long as it takes Twitch to gather all your metadata and then add RNG to it.

    Yes. You get a % chance at 1 drop per day if you watch at least 10 minutes of a stream.

    Also, ESO Stream Team members have a higher % chance of a drop, so make sure you didn't only watch non-team members.
