is WW transformation bugged at Cyro?

I have no big experience with this form. Decided to try it -and noticed, that after transformation I'm loosing it sometimes during the fight, before initial timer goes off. Sometimes just after 2-5 sec of melee fight. How it is possible, as using of ulti should transform char for 30 sec?
I understand, that some poisons may prevent to use ulti by increasing their cost. But canceling transformation already done? Can someone explain, how it is possible? And how to play Werewolf avoiding such "surprises"?

Alamakot✭✭✭For sure it's back at Vivec. Been knocked this way about 6-7 times so far, mostly (afair) against AD players.
Not happened at Shor/Kyne yet (all my chars are DC).0
