1. Is the Grand Psijic Villa considered a full notable home, or is it a different sized home?
2. If it is not a standard home what kind of storage capabilities will it have?
3. If we have multiple characters does earning the Striking Locales achievement on each increase the possibility of getting the home?

Thank you for the awesome give away. I am looking forward to getting a home instead of a closet to live in.

2. Should have the standard amount of storage and placement that a notable home should have
3. No only 1 Achievement per account, per mega server will count you can however make a new account on the EU or NA server and do the achievement and that would count toward the goal so the max per platform is 2 entries i guess.

It hasn't been released for crowns. At all. Its currently only available for this event.

So unless you are like that one guy on the other thread complaining that the house won't be special if everyone has it, no, no one is disappointed. Because no one bought it since it hasn't been released.

Well it's not even for sale yet (if it ever will be), so nobody has paid anything.

It probably wont even be a sale item until much after this promotion anyway. So then it will just be the people who missed the chance to get it for free and wont make much difference who got it one way or the other.

The time table on a possible straight sale of this house will likely depend a lot on if the playerbase can achieve the 100% requirement during this event - which seems like it is a very obtainable goal, according to what Gina has said in some forum posts already.

Even if the house itself isn't of interest to you there's several nice furnishings in it which could be used in other houses. No you can't buy it to get a complete list of the furnishings but if you're familiar with furnishings you'll recognise them while previewing the place. If I remember correctly it even has one of those massive altmer fire places. And of course it'll have the maximum capacity for storage chests, mounts/pets, undaunted trophies etc.

It's too big for my tastes and I don't really like the layout or location so my current plan is to strip the furnishings to use elsewhere and then use this as an experimental space to build crazy things. (I'm just hoping it's not got annoyingly low invisible ceilings like a lot of the original houses.)

Alternatively it might end up as a shared 'holiday home' for all my characters, with themed areas for each of them. But with 5 inn rooms, 2 apartments and 2 houses (1 small, 1 medium) and plans for 2 more (1 small, 1 large) I'm trying to convince myself I do not need any more houses to decorate.

Although the house hasn't actually been on sale, they've already jumped that shark with the Ice Wolf (2,500 crown limited time offer) being given away free to everyone as a Twitch drop.
