[SOLVED] Can't cast Harness Magicka (light armor) skill

Hello all. After one year or so of inactivity I decided to check this game again to play the dlc's that I still have pending. Everything is as I left it with this exception. Initially the skill worked but after a few training fight to remember what the combat was like this skill is gone disabled.

So I can't cast the "Harness magicka IV" light armor skill, when pressing the button the message "REQUIRES 5 PIECES OF LIGHT ARMOR EQUIPPED" appears in the upper right corner of the screen. I have not 5, but the 7 parts of the apparel with light armor. I already tried restarting the game, taking off my clothes and putting it on again. Nothing seems to fix this. My character is a Templar with 216 champion points. This is what I'm wearing right now

head: Hat of vicious death (light)
chest: Robe of vicious death (light)
shoulders: Epaulets of Julianos (light)
waist: Shash of Cyrodiil's Light (light)
hands: Globes of Julianos (light)
Legs: Breeches of Cyrodiil's Light (light)
feet: Shoes of vicious death (light)

Your gear is probably broken.

It requires 5 light armor pieces in working condition now

After reading your post I went immediately to the weaponsmith and all my gear was at 0%, after the repair the skill is back. Thank you very much Koolio it worked. I would never figure it out by myself!
