I do have a house in Vvardenfell, but a second on the other side of Tamriel would be nice. I just completed it on PC both NA and EU, seriously considering getting the Summerset upgrade for the XBox. I'll see where we're at Wed.

True. And on that note I wish ZoS would at least bump up the item limit for manors for non-ESO+ people. I mean, I get that they want the sub to be a good value, but you're already spending over a hundred dollars worth of crowns and all you're getting without the sub is an extra 50 slots over a large house.

Its gona be some B.S that comes out to 98.62% complete and we wont get it. Id like to have it. But there are things lacking in houses that need remedying which prevents me from spending real world money on houses

Hey! Think positively - ZOE already acted positively toward their fan/customer base in various situations. The community has united in our effort to meet the goal and as such is solely also a great achievement - plenty of us spent our time in various zones of both servers to encourage people to take part in that event... I like that commitment! and this solely proves our dedication to the cause.
I hope to see more of such events in the future

September 18 - 20% default community- progress meter (pre-event) from players who already had the achievement
September 19 - 20% no increase because the event hadn't officially started yet
September 20 - Day 1 - 35% (+15% for 9/18 and 9/19)
September 21 - Day 2 - 42% (+7% for 9/20)
September 22 - Day 3 - 47% (+5% for 9/21, even when ZOS live-streamed the event on Twitch)
September 23 - Day 4 - 63% (+16% for 9/22, this made up for the low Friday-night/Saturday-morning turnout)
September 24 - Day 5 - 76% (+13% for 9/23, a good Sunday-night/Monday-morning turnout)

I loved the concept, and I decided to spend my in game time yesterday, trying to help others get the achievement as easily as possible. I had the most amazing, positive day in this game EVER!!!! I took some solo players around, but for the most part, joined a group that had ppl positioned at most of the wayshrines, and then grouped people seeking the achievement. So, I stood at the shrine in Artaeum, for a few hours, and it was the BEST TIME!!! So positive, so many players helping each other, happy, grateful, sharing, and no stupid negative stuff. Even if the house isn't achieved (and I think it will be), I was given a gift of positive, helpful, gratitude, fun, laughter, team spirit, community spirit, cooperation, that I will treasure and never forget.

The icing on the cake was one of the wayshrine stationed people on NA was from the EU server. Last night, a few hours later, I went on EU and did the achievement again with another toon (Yes, I know it doesn't count). The EU had the same setup as we did on NA, AND one of the people stationed at a wayshrine there was the same person!!!! AWESOME!!!! Huge, huge smiles!!!!

I am going to do the above again today!

Found another 15 people in my social guilds who weren't aware of the event (they're infrequent players), grouped 'em up and completed event on both PS4 servers.

To do it on the EU server, I just need to select EU instead of NA at the first first opening screen where I pick my server, make a new toon, and do the pathfinder? That's it? Will it impact my NA accounts in any way? Can I just delete the toon and pretend I never went to the EU server after the event? Is there a downside to keeping the toon (slower NA connection somehow? idk?)?

As you stated you just need to select EU at the log on screen and make a new character and do the pathfinder achievement. It won't effect your characters on NA in any way, no need to delete the character, in fact I would advise against deleting it as they are probably counting how many people have the achievement each day and if you have deleted your character it may not count.
