Stolen hollowjack crate

I went to claim my 3 hollowjack crates and on the first one the game froze causing me to restart the game, when I got back it showed I only had 2, is this how zos works, I want my 3rd crate that was stolen from me.

    are you sure you didnt receive the items inside? If not, file a ticket with support.

    A similar thing happened to me once, I didn't freeze but it was as if the crate was empty, there were no cards, I filed a ticket but didn't even get a reply.

    I know I never got anything except what was in the remaining 2 crates, I also submitted 2 tickets, one in customer support and bug report within the game and I still have not received any hint of a reply besides here, nothing from zos but that doesn't surprise me.

    Because the crown deadly poison and 5 food items is so important. There are bigger fish to fry right now... but yeah, your experience shouldn’t have happened. Sorry man.

    Isn't that the truth, I mean I'm really not asking for much, its not like I'll get anything from the one crate that was stolen from me that I probably don't already have, it's the principal, I'm truly contemplating letting my membership run out and go play something else, although I do love this game even with all the broken things in it.

    I hate to say it, but what probably happened is that the time-start situation interfered with his getting his kills on all 3 days, and the 3rd crate was not earned. This does happen, especially when event times are not like a lot of others (which happens in crown crate events). that doesn't mean the crate was stolen, but simply that it wasn't earned in the right timeframe.

    Ok, wasn't sure by how you'd described it. It's a common thing for people to expect something other than what they get, so I felt that the question had to be asked. Generally, it's better to ask about simple things before being certain that things were stolen. Common practice, really, to figure out what might not be wrong before settling on exactly what is wrong.

    If your support ticket was in that tone there's little wonder you haven't had a reply.

    If a paying customer comes to me in my business frustrated and with an attitude I would work harder to fix the problem, not ignore the paying customer, but I wouldn't know because all my customers are satisfied.
