Just cured vampirism, got a quick question, need answer

Just cured after paying some money to shady priest in riften. However; I now cant get vampirism back by being bitten at shrine. Do I have to wait 24 hrs or am I cursed to never be cursed again?
Mr. was my Father's name, just the tips is fine.
