From PC Patch Notes v4.1.7:
XBOX console notes have just been posted and we've got pretty much everything PC got in v4.1.7 yet no mention of respec costs @ZOS_GinaBruno ?

Respec costs are now actually 1 gold per skill point in the UI, and will remain 1 gold until a future incremental.
