Change Swift or Remove Clipping and Make "Instant Cast" be Instantly Cast.

Hello. Let's make this brief and to the point, The Swift trait released with Summerset has created a cool, fun way to play by moving quickly around the battlefield but has interfered with too many important core things in this game such as casting a direct damage melee skill. I'm fine with being able to break dizzying swing's maximum range, but the clipping causing an instant shutdown of the skill needs to be reworked as well as "instant cast" melee abilities such as Surprise Attack, Burning Embers/Venomous Claw, and Reverse Slice to "Pump Fake" by beginning the animation and never actually landing on to the target if the target clips into your character or extends past the 5 meter range of these abilities. Light and heavy attacks are also subject to the "Pump Fakes." Other skills such as Engulfing Flames/Noxious Breath, Mass Hysteria, Sweeps/Jabs, and Impulse have also been greatly effected by high movement speed opponents and have a very hard time connecting on to the enemy, despite being AoE Instants. This also has had a largely negative impact on the new global spammable of Crushing Weapon/Imbued Weapon brought in to the game with Summerset that otherwise seemed like a very promising skill, potentially hurting DLC sales.

What needs to happen is as follows:
1. Instant cast abilities and light/heavy attacks need to be able to connect to the target that within the respective maximum ranges and in the player's targeting reticle.
2. Clipping causing many skills to break is an atrocious mechanic that clearly needs fixed. It would make sense that the closer you are to me, the easier i could hit you, no?
3. Do not nerf swift into the ground but possibly change it temporarily while the above issues are resolved. I'm all for the unique game-play provided by this trait, but as of right now it is providing the greatest form of mitigation of not being able to be hit when used on all three jewelry pieces with Expedition bonuses. I actively use line-of-sight as a solo player in cyrodiil and understand how to kite and split apart groups of opponents very well, but with three swift pieces, the need of defensive sets has been thrown out the window entirely because of the instant cast abilities not connecting on a player that uses proper LoS to eliminate as much ranged threat as possible and thus can only really be harmed by AoE player based abilities like Eye of Lightning, Solar Barrage, and the Grothdarr set.

My apologies for the lengthier than intended right up but I wanted to make sure the developers understand clearly after I saw the atrociousness of the PTS patch notes released today.
