Proper Mag Sorc Change

Do you have any idea how bad people in this game already are at shielding? Most people suck at anticipating damage and already don't shield in time. Your expecting them to look even further ahead now by giving a 1 second channel time lol?????
How about just making a very simple change that would improve things a lot. Sorc shield stacking is the problem. Harness + Hardened Ward + Healing Ward. You should not be able to stack Harness and Hardened and this is coming from someone that mainly pvp's on a Mag Sorc. You see it in duels a lot with 2x mag sorc's both running Hardened + Harness the duel goes on for around 10 minutes it's just endless shielding...
ZOS It's painfully obvious you don't run your own PVE content on hard mode your probably not even capable of beating it. If you were you would know places like Maw HM / Cloudrest +3 can require shielding more than once back to back. So what we're spose to just sit there channeling and die like potato's? Sounds real fun. Thanks

Isnt it amazing how every big update with balancing, there always has some idiotic change that proves they dont play their game? I couldnt tell you how many times I pop like a balloon if caught without my shield up. Ive always used Boundless Storm + Ward and have done fine, healing ward when i drop low on health. I still have my fair share of deaths. That one second cast time truly is one of the most questionable changes in this game.
And for the record before anyone argues shields already take a second to hardcast, they dont.
