I've been thinking about stuff EXACTLY like this since ESO Plus Crown store items were announced a little while ago. And last week, I actually had a brief dream of these EXACT reskins! Probably because I had Dwarven stuff on the mind from decorating my home. It's a great idea, take Mounts that were Radiant Apex, and swap around their styles! Great alternatives for people who didn't want to spend money on Crates or weren't lucky enough to pull a (.2% Chance?) crazy rare item.
P.S. for those unaware, these weer data-mined from the latest ESO patch. Along with some Xanmeer Crown Crate Season stuff (Lizard-Camels, anyone?):

The lizard horse mount looks kinda crazy. A lizard with hooves, that is where I draw the line.
Also the nightmare dwarven spider mount..no thanks.
