No, you don't get it. The heal activates no matter what.This is why you see "super tanks" spam it under shield wall.

IF you stack shield over it, it is never removed last I checked. Now on the PTS they may have silently patched this, but I highly doubt it. I don't have patch to see if its still possible to keep it after reflecting projectile and/or putting another shield over it. If it is, ZOS better patch it...

I used to run a sword and board magsorc way back when, and I had never personally noticed this behavior. I suppose it's something to test on Live later tonight, to be safe.
