Autoloot not staying on

Under Settings/Gameplay/Autoloot - I turn autoloot ON. I then kill a mob, push E to loot then the game asks for me to push R to accept all. I then go back into Settings/Gameplay/Autoloot, and autoloot is again turned off. This is my main toon, and on my alts, autoloot stays on. I updated my video drivers, sent Tech Support DxDiag & msinfo32 files, now they are asking for a video of what turning autoloot on, kill a mob, then show autoloot in the off position, but the smallest video I can generate is 98 Mb, and my email is limited to 25 Mb.

Any suggestions?
