Stamina needs a long range execute that does burst damage

I can't figure out why stamina doesn't have a long range execute in one of the weapon skill lines that does burst damage poison injection sucks as a execute cause it's damage overtime I've been trying to gank and i'll get the target to execute range and try to do a reverse slice and it hardly ever lands before the target rolls out of the way then i can no longer reach them why does magicka have great executes like mages fury etc yet stamina executes suck killers blade i think should have it's range increased like the other morph is ior a long range execute that does burst damage or their should be one added to one of the weapon skill lines i just don't understand why their is no long range execute for stamina player's that does burst damage

No need for an execute.

Just slot a bow and then use Lethal Arrow/Focused Aim. Usually desyncs players enough so they don't have time to react.

In all seriousness, make Lethal Arrow/Focused Aim the Ultimate in the Bow skill line and then make Ballista an execute.

True. All my StamSorc does is Hurricane, Rending Slash, then spams Rapid Strikes till one of us dies. Theres nothing else to use besides 2handed.

In my opinion i believe their needs to be a long range execute if they was to make killers blade long range like the other morph that would be awesome

You want to make killers blade projectile as impale is? And you would not mind that it would then be possible to reflect/absorb it as other projectiles?

I would be fine with that it would have some counter play to it yes i just find it hard to believe that their isn't a long range execute for a stamina nb specifically that does burst damage we are suppose to get the things we need from the weapon skill lines but they lack certain things stamina needs a long range execute that does burst damage on impact that would be amazing if you ask me either they should make killers blade have some range to it or add a long range execute that does burst damage to one of the weapon skill lines perhaps they might think about making poison injection a burst execute instead of a dot execute

I keep hearing this but i don't understand it maybe stamina characters that wear heavy armor are strong but i'm talking about someone with all medium on people who wear all medium are some of the weakest player's in the game cause they are at a disadvantage when their stamina is gone they are basically dead with no way to roll dodge if we had a long range execute that did burst damage it would help end the fight perhaps faster for us so it doesn't turn into a resource game

How might you know this might i ask lol have i taken you out with snipe before otherwise i'm lost i do use snipe yes but only as a opener when i gank most people hear it coming and dodge it so if you don't that is you're problem it is fairly easy to avoid snipe

Snipe can be useful in large battles and ganking but in small fights it's pretty useless. The audio cue has been broken for me since summerset though; occasionally I hear it but only after I've been hit.

Snipe-spamming from stealth doesn't need an execute when your target frequently gets desynced, stunned, and instantly blown-up by 3 simultaneous hits. No execute phase involved.

There probably isn't one because Stam burst potential is already insanely high. Stam blade in particular doesn't need a range instant execute as it would make what little time people have to react to their burst potential even tougher. If anything, the dual wield execute can be adjusted to begin scaling at 30% as it is both undodgeable and a pretty wide aoe, making it arguably too efficient at its job, overshadowing even class executes. Sorc execute is given in return for the lack of a typical class dot or spammable, magblade in return for lower and tougher to execute burst than their Stam counterpart and also to be in line with their ranged toolkit.

I'd rather have a player-based circular AoE that does delayed damage like Proximity Detonation. The only stam class with anything close is Warden with Subterranean Assault and it really shows when it comes to large group PvP.

Why does magicka have great executes like Mages Fury? Thats limited to magsorcs, the execute is only good in pvp and its not even working half the time.

You just want to make ganking easier so you just have to burst through 80% health.

The only thing that Stam has that might qualify for this is bow skill line. Unless you want to throw your sword at them, it's the only one that makes sense.

Well, I guess it's on one's perception of what burst damage is. I think NB gets a good burst damage with the Spectral Bow shot. With a bow, I see the Endless Hail is a distance skill that does burst when it land, not just the DoTs and AoE; same with Razor Caltrops. With a Stamsorc, if you have a bow, you pop Endless Hail, Razor Cal and Liquid L, and those are some brutal combo of stacked DoTs and AoE; plus the burst when it lands. With a Stamplar, you can the same; stack Endless Hail, Razor Cal and Blazing Spear for the burst, DoTs and AoE. My favorite burst damage is the Ice Comet, and it is still nasty when slot with a stam toon. Plus, burst damage from the Velidreth or V Skoria.

Besides, I don't like to fight from range. I prefer getting in close and personal with a stam and just pommel whatever it is with barrages of whatever; Biting Jabs, Rapid Strikes, Dizzying Swing/Wrecking Blow. I've already primed and laid down DoTs and AoE with the likes of the combo I had mentioned. Sure, still nice to have support and additional damages from sorcs and bow toon from the distance, but I get more satisfaction with beating the hell of bosses or whatnot right on their face. Plus, I have the Hurricane up for the Stamsorc, or Deadly Cloak for a DW, the Ritual of Retribution for a Stamplar, the Flame of Oblivion for a DK, Ice Fortress for the Stamwarden and the likes of other supplemental DoT skills. Plus, I like to drop other bleed and DoTs like Rending Slash, Brawler, Noxious Breath, Engulfing Flame and other supplemental DoTs. I also like the close burst damage of the Grothdaar.. etc.

Yeah, I mean, getting additional one or two distance "burst" damage-type skill would be cool, but, I'm fine with what brutal arsenal I can combo up for stams currently..
