Can’t find purchased Runebox?

Just as the title says, I just bought a Stonefire scamp for 10K in a guild store, but when I checked my inventory it wasn’t there. Is this a bug or something? Or do I have to wait for it to pop up in my inventory? And I know I bought it because I originally had 19K gold, and now my gold is at 9K

Sometimes a quick Teleport somewhere, speed up the mail.PC0 -

Usually the mail updates after a loading screen, so change zone or go into a delve/public dungeon... maybe reload the UI.0 -
