When will zos fix the desync?

Time and time again I cannot PvP without being desynced or being stunned by abilities that are not even there!! For example, someone dumps a meteor on me so I block, only for the animation to not register, stun me while blocking so that I have to cc break. Then I get knocked back again seconds after and die from multiple abilities. This isn’t even the worst one. THE WORST ONE IS SNIPE. I am so sick of going from 100% health to 0 because a snipeblade kills me when all his snipes register once. Can this broken game breaking PvP bug be fixed already!!!!!!!!!??
