Low population bonus reevaluation

Low population bonus needs a reevaluation. Certain guilds on certain servers are exploiting this bonus to get 2000 points on the board very quickly. It needs to go away on pc-us-vivec campaign, or needs a serious looking at.

Can you show us some evidence on how it is an exploit. I am not saying that you are right or wrong, but you need to show proof, not just words.

How does it work.
How is that mechanic being exploited.
What solutions are you proposing to fix this.

In all honesty, serious question - How can you exploit a low population bonus??
By it's very definition the low population bonus means that you have a lot less people online than the other teams at that time - that is how it works.
It is just equalising the score a little, and usually doesn't last very long at all.

The only thing broken with the low population bonus, is that it doesn't currently also punish the highest population in the campaign when they are way over-populated, and lower their score per tick accordingly.

We should be working towards a more even scoring system in Cyrodiil, not promoting the capping of empty maps.

I am assuming the OP noticed that AD scored lots of points when he logged on on NA Vivec, this is not from the low pop bonus it is because AD took all scrolls and most keeps for 4-5 hrs during oceanic prime time.

apologies if this my assumption is incorrect

They had 4 scrolls for 2 hours either faction put at most 360 points on the board, and this is if they own the entire map. They put 1100 they had low pop bonus that gave them 650 points the first evaluation when logged in. This seriously needs to be looked at.
