Stamina pool > 40% each tick increases my pool by 6%
Stamina pool < 40% each tick increases my pool by 2%

After a re-log the issue is sometimes not always resolved. This has been a common occurrence that others have brought up as well in discords.

Not just stam bro. Magicka as well. Resource regen is just punishing.

I tested this on one character with 2 sets of recovery built in, majority of CP in recovery and cost reduction, and pots, and yet amazingly enough with the same rotation technique the costs are insanely high, and the regen is insanely slow.

I don’t play Magic only stam so I can only speak to what I am seeing and testing and indeed seeing regen values lower than they should be when under 40%

I encounter a buggy Resource regen more so in Cyrodiil than PvE. The bar bounces back and forth, potions only give you 2k instead of 7k.

They are going to fix it in patch 20 and call it the sustainability buff we all wanted. FYI it’s been going on since Summerset

I even get this when using the psijic skill morph deep thoughts that is free and gives me stam back on top of my regen .. something is so messed up

@ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_JessicaFolsom could either of you so kindly pass this on to QA to verify for a bug to get a fix for this in update 20.

It’s been around for a while now and my friends and I report it all the time since summerset but haven’t heard any mention it’s being looked into.

It makes sustain especially in pvp very difficult where you are actively blocking incoming attacks

Same happens with health and magicka recovery. Health especially makes me want to bash my head into my keyboard.

Is it a problem on magika also.

I ran city of ash 2 hardmode.
And bc2 hm. No issuses at all the last pledge cycle. Sid them again and it was a night mare.

I never die in blackhart haven. I was running out of mag a d dieing to stiupid little boss.

Something seems really off.

Wow that video @Asgari posted shows it as plain as day. Would probably help if you had resource number/percent turned on so we can see exactly how it fluctuates but... yeah. Something's up.

Quick, tell them it will dip their crown store sales. They will for sure fix this by taking the server down as quick!

Thanks for posting, I'm sure I've been seeing similar issues recently. Hadn't correlated it to lower regen at low resources, but it often results in around 500 magicka lost per second over the course of long fights.

Thanks for posting, hopefully this will get looked into because there have been resource regen related issues for far too long now without any comment from the devs.

I´ve had similar things happening to me when using meditate (stamina character). I see my stamina bar jumping back and forth a few times before it eventually decides to work properly.
