Crowns for ESO Plus?

Am I imagining that with an ESO Plus subscription one gets crowns each month (like 1200 or something)? If so, but I’ve not gotten any, what do you suggest? PS4

✭✭Click on the support page (the link is in the upper left, next to the forum link). Log in and then click on Billing and select "Where's my stuff?" One of the options relates to not receiving your monthly crowns.
Once you've submitted a ticket, you'll undoubtedly get a canned reply. Respond to this with the necessary information you need to give to them and keep the ticket active by responding periodically if you don't hear from them. Good luck!
Oh...and the monthly crown allotment is 1500 crowns. If you purchased a 6-month sub, then you should have gotten 9000 crowns.1
